Every single time I hear that word, H.R., i feel confused! Humans as Resource???? May be we are really in Matrix ! :)
Here are few things that HRs feel are more important (but are they really?)
1. In-time and out-time (and not time spent in productive work)
2. head count (and not the brain that works)
3. cheap workforce (they feel they are only in terms of money, but ;) )

Good points - I think HR thinks of humans as resource and try to manage it... they 4get human can be resource but a resource with mind&brain.
