Will miss you!
That was my Dream Team. I felt bad to see them loose their last game as well. As Gilli pointed correctly, they managed to take almost 7 games till the last over, but failed to convert them to a win. And that is where they went wrong.
Yesterday Sachin mentioned that, if his team/bowlers would have used some commonsense, they could have won their game against Rajasthan. And Deccans face a similar problem throughout the tournament.
It was evident from his face that he really felt bad. And in those last few lines with Ramiz Raja, he was prompt to give his regards to the Hydrabad crowd, his teammates and the wonderful cheerleaders. Well said Gilli that was a real good team with really great cheerleaders.
I will miss that team and their wonderful cheerleaders ;-)

if sachin had used little bit of commonsense, mumbai wud have been at 2nd position.
* under-bowling pollock twice
* giving nehra/fernando ultimate over
* keeping fine-leg up for nehra bowling with an angle
* under-bowling jaya on a slow track
* not bowling at all himself on a slow track
* and last but not the least: LETTING HIS BOWLERS USE ANY SENSE, FORGET COMMON! bowling is about rhythm (that's common sense for you). and when u disturb a bowler's rhythm by walking to him every alternate delivery, that's what you get.
sachin is an idiot as far as leading a team. it's not surprising that they lost close matches while batting and bowling second.
and for the deccan chockers, the less said is better. my heart just goes for rohit sharma (and venu gopal rao recently).
cheers,
asuph
Hmmmm, about "bowler's rhythm", you are correct. Especially the last over and the last two balls.
And then Sachin's statement, "Warne is my good friend and I expected him to be kind to me today!"
