Bluff master!

You must have come across many individuals who have limited talent related to the work they are expected to do. But the amount of manipulative powers they posses is so huge that they end up creating an illusion, where others start thinking that these individuals are really brilliant and extraordinary and are doing some very good stuff.

I have seen many talented folks getting fooled by such individuals. Some times, the pressure these folks create is so much that, it forces higher authorities to just let them go with high rewards, even when their contribution is actually close to zero or very minimal.

I just fail to understand as to why can’t people detect the games they play?

On the other hand, I have seen some really talented individuals working hard and proving their worth at each available opportunity, still end up getting absolutely nothing.

How come there is so much disparity when it comes to giving credit. How come only few individuals, having good contacts with higher authority get all the good things?

Few characteristic by which you can spot these crooks are:

1. They always agree with their boss, especially in public. (Generally in private conversation, they make fun of just everyone.)

2. They will not let go any opportunity to make everyone else feel that the work they do is absolutely crap.

3. They will do everything possible to stop all those who they think can come in their growth path. One common practice they follow is to keep on finding flaws in the other person’s work and try to highlight that in front of others. The second strategy is generally to keep on praising some one else for some similar kind of work so that focus is shifted from their competitor to some one else, who they know how to control.

4. With every available opportunity, praise their own work, even if they have actually taken some one else’s help in completing everything.

Basically just keep on creating issues and attracting other’s attention to them. And with all this, these folks actually succeed in their plans very well. I don’t get the reason behind higher authorities’ failure to notice this behavior???

Do they get afraid to act against these individuals thinking that they can potentially spoil others? Or they are just so DUMB that they fail to understand the bluff?

If the first reason is true, then I want to tell them that by not acting against such individuals, they are killing the real talent! At the same time, they are creating a brigade of bluff masters who can not contribute to the growth of their group/organization.

And if the second case is true, then I would like to request the real talent to understand this situation and move on in life rather than working with DUMB higher authority. I hope such DUMB higher authority is not a “Universal Phenomenon”, because I know about bluff masters and their widespread existence!

"Express yourself" do not work always! Because, you actually need a GodFather who will listen to you.

But, if you are "Bluff Master", you can fool anyone.

Hmmmmm, I am not angry, this is experience :-)
(I think that above statement is really politically correct ;-) )

And, "Express yourself" do not work always. And many a times, it just adds up to the chaos!
