Don’t stop sowing!!!

In past few months, you must have heard so many news related to “locust attack”. These insects have caused so much destruction in last few months that even arch rival neighbors had to come together to find a solution for this growing problem.

That made me think about farmers and their issues. Every year farmers sow seeds to produce food for all of us. But when they sow seeds, is it only the crop that growing in the field?

No..

Along with the crop, weed & grass also start growing. Insects start breeding and together they do their part, which is destroying the produce.

Or can I say, controlling the produce (or over production)?

But will come to that point later.

To tackle this problem, farmers typically keep removing unwanted weed/grass. They use various methods to control destruction caused by insects.

The important point here is, these weeds, grass, insects cause destruction. Yet farmers don’t stop sowing the seeds..!!

In our life, we meet so many people. Few good few not so good. But all of these interactions add up to our experience. Few good experiences, few not so good. But all of these experiences keep enriching our life. Unless we get bad experience, we may not value good ones. And experience always teach you something new.

So, don’t stop shying away from meeting people. You can always remove the weed from garden of your life or control those insects that are trying to destroy good thoughts.

And remember, there always is scope to learn something new from each other. A scope to enrich your life! More people you meet, more enriched your life becomes.

Increase your social interactions. Go out and meet people and learn from each other.

Just make sure to remove those unwanted weeds/grass and control the harmful insects and grow the field/garden of your life.

To conclude this, I would say:

Don’t stop sowing.. Don’t stop growing..

Or to put it in positive way, “Keep Sowing, Keep Growing” !!!

Memory... .

This link will give you meaning of the word "Memory"

One of the meaning says, "the faculty by which the mind stores and remembers information.". Oh yes, that's one-of-the BEST things we got, is what I used to think always....

And then she said, "You know what, your biggest problem is, you have got good memory and that's why it's hard for you to forget...."

What a contrast..!

I used to feel proud about it and now suddenly I am in flux... .

Under Pressure

In our science classes, we all learnt following theory:

“Coal contains carbon and carbon may form diamonds when exposed to high temperature and extreme pressure...”

Wait I am not here to talk about science. May be that is not my cup of tea. I will write about my stupid philosophy :)

Hmmm, so its high temperature and pressure that converts coal to diamond. Interesting science. And how many parents want to convert their kids to diamonds?? Almost all?? Right!!

But if the pressure and temperature is not applied properly, coal can either get reduced to pulp or can catch fire and continue to burn forever...!

Don’t let that happen with your kids. Make sure that your parenting is not putting any unnecessary pressure on your kids that make them sulk forever. Make sure you help them develop in a constructive way. Be strict when the need arises, not otherwise! Don’t put pressure that will pulverise them to pieces or make them catch fire and sulk forever in life. But help them develop into a diamond while teaching them how to handle pressure in a constructive manner.

Same is the story between a boss and a subordinate...

Remember almost everything in life is replaceable. So don’t make others replace you or wait for you getting replaced while they continue to sulk under pressure...!

And those who want to learn to deal with high stress/pressure, learn to smile! It cures everything :)

And once in a while get indulge in the things of desire even if that desirable thing is illegal, banned, expensive or ... :)

Keep Smiling Always and Forever...! :)

Luck By Chance!!!

I am writing after a long time. So let me start with a cute joke.

-------
One reporter while having a conversation with a billionaire asked him that famous question “Can you tell me how you became so successful and rich. What is the secret of this?”
Billionaire: It’s a long story. In my life, there came a time when my wife and kids left me. I was in ruins with almost no money left. I wanted to restart my life with $1 that I had in my pocket. So I went to market and bought an apple. I went to street with an aim of selling it. I kept on polishing it the entire day. By the end of day, I managed to sell it at $1.5. The next day I got one more apple from market with $1 and polished it the entire day and managed to sell it for $1.5.
The excited reported interrupted this story by saying, “Oh great! So next day you bought 3 apples and so on and managed to grow this big! That is remarkable!!!”
Billionaire: Hmmm, actually on 3rd day I got a letter from Germany where it was written that my Uncle in Germany passed away leaving few billions for me...!
Reporter fainted :)
-------

Hope you enjoyed that cute joke :)

In your life span, you will meet many such reporters interviewing few billionaires and asking the same question time and again “Tell me how you became successful” or “Give me your MANTRA for success” or “Can you advice our audience on path to success”....

Oh COME ON!!!

Do you guys really believe there is an answer for such question??? Rather, do you really believe that’s a valid question at first place???

If there was an answer, our society would have been a flat structure society rather than the pyramid shaped!

And those who are really good, smart, intelligent, kind hearted, persistent, dedicated (these are few of the keywords that get used while answering such questions), would have been part of that “List of Successful People”.

(Before I write the last few lines, let me clarify, I am not discussing the real meaning of a “successful person”. All I am only talking about is that question and the stupidity around it)

So guys please, please stop asking such questions and if you are part of audience, then stop listening to the answers. Or just remember this joke while you are listening to that answer and you may see a totally different perspective :) :)

Find your GOD !

You may have read following story n-number of times as a forward mail. Still I want you to read it. The title of this story is "Footprints in the sand of life !":

One day a man was having a conversation with God when his whole life flashed before his eyes as a series of footsteps on the sands of time. He saw that there were two pairs of footprints, but during the most difficult periods of his life there were only one set of footprints.

He asked God "You said you will be with me throughout this journey, but why have you deserted me during the most critical times of my life??"

God answered "Son, I did not desert you, I was always with you...you see only one set of footprints because during those difficult times in your life, I was carrying you in my hands"

Now my 2 cents :)

Like this, many people come to our life in form of friends, family members, relatives etc etc! We get along with few of them and can't do that well with others.

Sometimes, few acquaintances turn into close friends and sometimes close ones start going away.

This going-away can happen due to many many reasons.

Misunderstanding is one of the most cruel reason.

Many misunderstandings take us away from our god, because we feel that, 'one pair of footprints' was because our close ones left us alone. But we fail to realize that, they actually acted as our god!

Hope you will succeed in finding who is real god and who is pretending friend !

Wish You All The Very Best !!!

Every coin has two sides

One more post dedicated to nice lyrics. Something I love. The lyrics of the song will be at the end of this post. Once you read them, you will get a feel that, they are very positive lyrics. At the same time, if you try to feel the pain in them, you will realize its a song depicting "Sacrifice".

Film: Saajan Bina Suhagan (1978)
Singer: Yesudas
Lyricist: Indeevar
Music Director: Usha Khanna
Song Title: Madhuban Khushboo Deta Hai

Madhuban khushboo deta hai, saagar saawan deta hai
Jeena uska jeena hai, jo auro ko jeewan deta hai
Madhuban khushboo deta hai....

Suraj na ban paaye to, banke deepak jalta chal
Phool mile ya angaare, sach ki raaho pe chalta chal
Pyaar dilo ko deta hai, ashqo ko daaman deta hai
Jeena uska jeena hai, jo auro ko jeewan deta hai
Madhuban khushboo deta hai....

Chalti hai lehraake pawan, ke saans sabhi ki chalti rahe
Logo ne tyaag diye jeewan, ke preet dilo mein palti rahe
Dil woh dil hai jo auro ko, apni dhadhkan deta hai
Jeena uska jeena hai, jo auro ko jeewan deta hai
Madhuban khushboo deta hai....
