Under Pressure

In our science classes, we all learnt following theory:

“Coal contains carbon and carbon may form diamonds when exposed to high temperature and extreme pressure...”

Wait I am not here to talk about science. May be that is not my cup of tea. I will write about my stupid philosophy :)

Hmmm, so its high temperature and pressure that converts coal to diamond. Interesting science. And how many parents want to convert their kids to diamonds?? Almost all?? Right!!

But if the pressure and temperature is not applied properly, coal can either get reduced to pulp or can catch fire and continue to burn forever...!

Don’t let that happen with your kids. Make sure that your parenting is not putting any unnecessary pressure on your kids that make them sulk forever. Make sure you help them develop in a constructive way. Be strict when the need arises, not otherwise! Don’t put pressure that will pulverise them to pieces or make them catch fire and sulk forever in life. But help them develop into a diamond while teaching them how to handle pressure in a constructive manner.

Same is the story between a boss and a subordinate...

Remember almost everything in life is replaceable. So don’t make others replace you or wait for you getting replaced while they continue to sulk under pressure...!

And those who want to learn to deal with high stress/pressure, learn to smile! It cures everything :)

And once in a while get indulge in the things of desire even if that desirable thing is illegal, banned, expensive or ... :)

Keep Smiling Always and Forever...! :)

Luck By Chance!!!

I am writing after a long time. So let me start with a cute joke.

-------
One reporter while having a conversation with a billionaire asked him that famous question “Can you tell me how you became so successful and rich. What is the secret of this?”
Billionaire: It’s a long story. In my life, there came a time when my wife and kids left me. I was in ruins with almost no money left. I wanted to restart my life with $1 that I had in my pocket. So I went to market and bought an apple. I went to street with an aim of selling it. I kept on polishing it the entire day. By the end of day, I managed to sell it at $1.5. The next day I got one more apple from market with $1 and polished it the entire day and managed to sell it for $1.5.
The excited reported interrupted this story by saying, “Oh great! So next day you bought 3 apples and so on and managed to grow this big! That is remarkable!!!”
Billionaire: Hmmm, actually on 3rd day I got a letter from Germany where it was written that my Uncle in Germany passed away leaving few billions for me...!
Reporter fainted :)
-------

Hope you enjoyed that cute joke :)

In your life span, you will meet many such reporters interviewing few billionaires and asking the same question time and again “Tell me how you became successful” or “Give me your MANTRA for success” or “Can you advice our audience on path to success”....

Oh COME ON!!!

Do you guys really believe there is an answer for such question??? Rather, do you really believe that’s a valid question at first place???

If there was an answer, our society would have been a flat structure society rather than the pyramid shaped!

And those who are really good, smart, intelligent, kind hearted, persistent, dedicated (these are few of the keywords that get used while answering such questions), would have been part of that “List of Successful People”.

(Before I write the last few lines, let me clarify, I am not discussing the real meaning of a “successful person”. All I am only talking about is that question and the stupidity around it)

So guys please, please stop asking such questions and if you are part of audience, then stop listening to the answers. Or just remember this joke while you are listening to that answer and you may see a totally different perspective :) :)
